Purchasing

We encourage everyone that is considering the purchase of a property, to become familiar with our neighborhood and policies. Contact us before you purchase, with your questions, and to check the status of the relevant HOA member’s account.
If you plan to build or improve your lot in any way, including clearing trees or constructing driveways, fences or buildings, contact our Architectural Committee, so they can review your plans for approval in advance of any work on your lot. Lots must have HOA fees up to date, before water will be connected on new construction. Outstanding balances are the responsibility of the owner. Per the CCR’s, the HOA reserves the right to restrict use of any common areas or well water for any owner with a past due balance.
