Fees

Annual fees for 2023 are $342 per undeveloped lot, plus another $150 per lot for any home hooked into the water system. Invoices are sent out each summer and payable by September 30. These regular assessments increase by 10% each year. There is a one-time water hookup fee of $7,500 for each lot before a new home is constructed and connected to the water system. The HOA also can issue a Special Assessment at any time for extraordinary expenses projected or incurred. We have only collected one Special Assessment to date (for $2,500 per lot in 2017), which was approved by member vote.

Bottle Bay Water and Sewer handles the sewer hookups and these incur their own initial charges, annual charges and requirements.

There is an 18% interest rate applied to outstanding balances.
