Beltane Place is a private residential community governed by recorded Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) and Association Bylaws. All lot owners automatically become members of the Beltane Homeowners Association upon closing:
- Mandatory Association Membership: Membership runs with the land and includes voting rights and shared maintenance obligations.
- Annual Assessments: Dues fund private road maintenance, snow plowing, dock upkeep, private utilities, and association insurance.
- Architectural Review: Any new construction, exterior remodeling, outbuildings, or significant site clearing requires advance approval from the Architectural Committee.
