Monthly rentals are permitted. Rentals must be to a single person or single family for a period of 30 days or longer, with no subleasing. Owners need to have a written rental or lease agreement with their renters. Please provide the HOA Board with a copy of your executed rental agreements and owner contact information during any rental period. Any advertising for the rental must be approved by the Board in advance. The Board has discretion for adding additional reasonable rules, policies or penalties regarding rentals to ensure the peace, health, safety and comfort of the HOA members, particularly regarding the use of common areas. Running a short-term rental business is not permitted.
The rules have been developed to let land owners, and prospective buyers develop, and invest with confidence. Please respect them.
