Beltane Place was established as a private, close-knit residential subdivision along the scenic shores of Bottle Bay in Sagle, Idaho.

The neighborhood was planned to preserve the natural forested surroundings of Lake Pend Oreille while establishing shared facilities, private roadways, and common community property for all lot owners.
